ooook. lets start here. You are on stock stuff, and you want a cam that requires little to no extra "stuff" Those that is, like you've been told several times before, e cam, tfs stage 1, steeda 19 and one more, i cant remember of the top of my head. Those are the cams that are run on basically stock stuff. Its always a good idea to change valve springs when you do a cam, and to go overkill on the springs, otherwise you run the risk of stressing the spring till it breaks(happened to me, it sucks) or the springs may bind before your cam has made its full lift. I BELIEVE, someone chime in, that stock springs will work with e cams and stage 1 and steeda 19. Do NOT get a TFS stage 2 (unless you get GOOD springs and check clearance), your springs will not handle it, and you may have issues with piston to valve clearance. Your lifters are fine, they are roller lifters, they dont need to be replaced every cam change like a flat tappet does. Please do yourself a favor and dont go the cheap way out, you will break, and then you'll be spending more money than if you had just got the good stuff to begin with.
