Maybeee lol My dad does wiring on the side and programs for a living so i was just browsing threw the almighty electronics book thinking 555 timers or capacitors I'd like to have variable adjustability with the modules mounted in the car for more gangsterness

Maybe I like the DIY parts maybe because I'm hard headed and stubborn? Maybe the young part still plays lol

Well a new years resolution is to finish one of these millions of projects
1. Chop down rsx brackets
2. Install my part stash i have in my room (s.s. brakelines, motor mounts etc.
3. Fix the stupid speed cal!
4. Fix exhaust leaks and switch to Borla Ataks
5. Engine bay refresh
6. Way more stuff then i care to type

Did other things then knock down my list already lol. Ordered a dash kit from Crutchfield for the horrendous double to single din kit *insert high school part time budget* hacked away at my dash swapped my shift boot over and ripped some rats nest out as well as the factory mach 460 amp I bypassed originally

Well sad day.. throw out bearing is about to give out and me needing the car for school and work I'm babing the crap out of it any more 40 miles from home after kilts and cars and driving to Hollywood to meet some family the throw out bearing just starts squealing unbearably for a few seconds then goes away then comes back again

$1,558 later in covered for another 6 months and just sent pay pal mula for some maximum motorsport goodies now to pull the whole drivetrain

Sent ttocs money for his caster chamber plates to replace my worn and abused steedas

Welp doesnt even matter any more motors toast but the valve cover looks decent if only i didnt run low painting base and clear thought about an ls swap but have a teksid in the garage time will tell bank 1 was all 100 125 130 and 120 bank 2 was all low 60 and 90s so motors def got worn rings

Caster chamber plates came in today from ttocs first time buying anything from anyone on here and couldn't be happier they cleaned up really well

Also plan on installing 24lb injectors on the teksid for shits and giggles now

Sucks to hear about the engine compression, that's nice that you've got a teksid block sitting there to build tho. Just make it faster and stronger than the current state!

It happens it's a 200,000 mile motor no biggie just had big plans for it.

Well threw my injectors in and started to piece togther the whole shabang parts needed are as followed
96/98 cobra rails
Navigator water pump
C heads for more low end
96/98 cobra cams
Gasket set
Bearings
Maybe 03/04 internals or Coyote rods etc.
Head cooling mod
Egr delete
Dowel upgrade
Billet oil pump gears
Canton oil pan
And just tons of gangsta powder coating.

Plan's to be ready for boost come next year but no promises

Plans to clean it top to bottom and tear down after i trade my seats for some paint guns

Started trying to hunt for 03/04 cobra internals i will probably go that route if the current motor lasts if not ill be going stock internals with fresh bearings and rings but looking for these parts specifically like every 4 valve build
96/98 cobra cams
Mach 1 throttle cable and cruise cable
96+ cobra fuel rails
Billet oil pump gears
Dowel pin upgrade
Navigator c heads
Head cooling mod
Navigator water pump
Rings, bearings, gaskets
It'll be fun hopefully

With my current a arms the wheels stuck out regardless last time i tried i had a 275 on it. And paint need to look around and get quotes on mixed gallons didnt want to just wrap over all the flaking clear coat

Also hood popped up when I was heading to work today drove around fine noticed it got wobbly all of sudden and started slowing down so debating on aero catch hood pins or hidden ford racing pins in the grile

Found seat leather from an rsx today!! Just need to install them there much better but still not perfect but for $13 im not complaining

Need to assemble the teksid and see what im missing tomorrow drop off a cover to get a seam and a small tear stitched then maybe buy a shinoda wing at cars and coffee tomorrow we shall see depsertly want one but im undecided if i could rock one.. also debating on aero catch goodness or the hidden option
