I've had this car about 2 years now and have done a few things to try and help the performance.
Going to put the car down this winter season for the swap but as of now it is a stock bottom end 302 w/ procomp 2.02 heads, E cam, Edelbrock performer RPM intake, bbk long tubes, no cats, tremec 3550, spec 2clutch, 8.8 w/410 gear 31 spline carrier and axles, on american racing lemans wheels 17x9 front and 17x11 rears w/ 315 nitto 555rs. I had the car dyno tuned and was not happy with the results of 273/305. At the last track day the car ran 14.0 at 98 w/ 2.4 60' transmission isnt shifting like it should (possible clutch adjustment) and the rearend needs to be shimmed up. Either way I'm not happy with these results, so a week later I bought this-

74 351 block (D4) drilled for roller lifters .030 over
stock crank 10/10
stock rods w/arp hardware
speed pro forged pistons
moroso 7qt pan and pick up
crane cams cast roller rockers 1.6
victor jr heads w/ titanum retainers 2.05in

and a Garret AIRresearch 74mm 96ar exhaust/ .95 compresor T6 and 5"vband with a fresh rebuild

Turbo kit will be custom and I plan to post as many pics as I can though out the build.

what do you have planned for the block i traded you?
its going in my 85 f150. nothing special just a fun parts hauler. your old block, gt40 heads, performer intake, and demon 600 carb. should have it dropped in this weekend so i'll bring it out hopefully the following weekend.

I'm going to build it. I do custom exhaust for a living so it's much cheaper this way. I also wanna keep p/s and there is no kit for 9.5 deck height and p/s.
