I run that cam in my 4.6L,and it completes the 1-2 shift at 6900 and the 2-3 shift at 6700 at the track. any off the shelf stage 2 cams will do just plan on doing valve springs
too and rev it up high to see the extra power offered by a stage 2 cam.
