Help me out here

Hey man, Since you seem to be the top gun for transmissions around here right now, i'll see if you can help me out. The mystic i'm looking at has a issue. If you push the clutch in, or even if you dont, and you push the car into first, and then try and pull it back out of gear, it won't. It does it while running, and when off. If you pull back hard enough, it pulls back to the shifter stop for second, and then if you push forward slightly, it goes into neutral. 3 and 4th pull don't do it, however 1st to second does. Only when the cars actually rolling does it not do it (by rolling i mean slightly let out on the clutch to get it moving). Also, the whole time i messed with it, it has the parking brake, aside from when i moved it forward some. Any help man? I know sadly it will probably need to be rebuilt.

Well... That wasn't terribly clear, but you are saying it doesn't want to come out of first gear? Unless the vehicle is moving, or unless the clutch is pushed slightly?

Seems like the shift fork is tweaked. Hanlon carries an upgraded one, or you can source it from a 99 T45 (the same one either way)

Sorry, i was tired . Basically it doesnt want to come out of first, regardless of what you do with the clutch or car. If you pull back hard enough it will eventually come out, it just feels like your pulling the car out of gear while its moving, even though the cars off.
