Now you got me thinkin about buyin PI heads as well, and getting them ported to run with stock PI cams, intake, and 4.10 gears. Would that be a decent set up?

That would be decent, actually the stock head's are more of a chokepoint than the cams. People just do cams first cuz they are cheaper.
