Does anyone here have a kenne bell that's designed for our 94-95 5.0 cars? Do they have a build thread? I'd love to see it and learn some more about it... Thanks

I'll see if I can find some pictures of some I've seen over the years. I wouldn't call them pretty, but I like them a lot just because of how unique they are. there isn't really a whole lot you can do to make a sbf look exotic, but a kenne bell will definitely do the trick!

you'll have to wait for others to chime in with personal experience for the other part of your question though.

^^^ What he say. Onyx does. It doesn't look pretty like the modular setup with a KB, but it gets the job done which is that matters right?

Does he have a build thread : Not sure.

Thanks dude. I'm not totally sure because I bought my kit used so I ended up having to get a bunch of extra parts. if i saw a list of what comes with a new kit I could probably fill things in for you. I will say it wouldn't clear the fuel pressure regulator without an intake spacer (may be different with the regular inlet). The problem with the spacer is you need a little bracket to mount the snout of the blower up higher along with a taller hood to clear the blower but it looks like you have that covered. Had to get longer bolts to work with the intake spacer, new upper radiator hose, have to move the AC lines over a little by pulling on them, and just had to redo some of the vacuum lines. Also a larger volume fuel pump is a decent idea but you could get a boost-a-pump I think. Should be okay on a stock motor (pretty sure a member on here had an 11psi KB on a stock 5.0 making 300whp/400wtq) but just make sure you get a safe tune with it, the intake temps are high. other than that unless i'm missing some stuff it's just randoms like fuel injectors, colder plugs, maybe a MAF/TB, etc...

I wonder what my cobra would make with a KB at 11lbs.

I wonder if KB is aware of that situation Ryan and provides the parts to make it fit (cept the hood of course)

I even had trouble at first getting the bolt holes to line up, KB said they had no clue why. I asked them about the FPR not clearing the Flowzilla tube, they said I may need to run a remote FPR. i was like orly, thanks. They honestly tried to help, asked me for pictures of it not fitting (as if i was lying or crazy) but they did get back to me and help me try to work through things. Honestly you forget about all the BS though when you feel how it pulls.

With those mods listed in ur build thread, what are you making hottwheels? Just outta curiosity

Not sure what it makes for power now, Im running on an old tune, But last time on the dyno it put down 330rwhp,I had alot of problems with my new setup and still do I have to swap out my injectors from 24lbers to 30lbers, so I can get it back on the dyno and actually get it above 5,000 rpms lol and not run out of fuel lol etc / top end to get "real" numbers lol
