my car is getting a few modest changes, nothing too crazy. Going to try and make it to the drag strip a little more this summer. Sold one of my sets of wheels and plan on selling the other once I get off my lazy but and finish polishing them.

Dude, I feel your pain!! I have had a few sets of forged/polished wheels (18/20 Boze Fatals, 20" bonspeeds and some 20" Centerlines) and I'd rather manually pull weeds for a day than ever have to polish wheels again. Hence the Konigs and black wheels on the s197 :)

Just got the new issue of 5.0 mag. I was surprised to see a pic of my car and motor in the Engine Swap Guide page 58.

Also while surfing Muscle Mustangs and Fast Fords site I found some pics of a few buddies cars from the NMRA BG 2010 event.

did some work on the cobra.
I changed the whipple inlet from a stock TB inlet to a single blade inlet and added a billetflow single blade TB.
Also added a 40 amp bap to help maintain pump voltage, switched idlers from blue to silver, swap to a stock clutch cable.

Added my svt badge. Still unsure about how it fits the car. feedback welcomed.

Next I need to added my FORE F2 fuel press reg.

What did you do to strengthen the chassis? Torque box reinforcements etc?

so how much did all this cost you? i kinda want to do the swap but keep the motor mostly stock if i can with maybe a bigger supercharger is all. not looking for insane hp....just enough. haha.

just for the basic swap you can figure around $7500-8000

Not sure how they compare.
But if the build you are thinking about makes over 600 rwhp, it would be nasty for sure. I am assuming you had planned to use a dart block?

yea.

What did you have there?

My car has been in a state of repair between the heads/cam I just installed(takin it to speedy's this week hopefully to tune that), as well as the interior being half out while replacing the stereo. Your car was the first one I saw on th dyno that night, it was cool to see it light it up the way it did..... You might have seen my 94 gt around here/there, its the only one in town with side exhaust that I know of.

do you see me at the dyno day/car show or was it earlier that week?

seems like I have seen your car before.

I am not in any of the clubs. You?

If you ever need help with your car, let me know.
