Long story short... Before this 94 GT, I had a b-e-a-utiful 94 Fobra in Sonic Blue. I totaled it during a track weekend Shenandoah in Summit Point.. I've been doing HPDE's for 7 years and have logged will over 10K track miles before it finally happened. Soooo, the week after the crash I picked up the red car as a rolling chassis, and transfered eveything over. The only item not transfered was the rear shocks... one broke.

This car has a host of goodies.

Bilstien HD Stuts/Shocks
Steeda Springs Super Race Front, Race Rear
Maximum Motorsports camber/caster plates
Maximum Motorsports delrin control arm bushings
Maximum Motorsports aluminum rack bushings
Steeda X2 ball joints
Maximum Motorsports panhard bar
Maximum Motorsports torque arm
Steeda rear lower control arms
Energy Suspension sway bar bushings
Full Length Steeda welded subframe connectors

Cobra Brakes

Stock Longblock with the normal bolt-ons
Edelbrock Performer intake manifold
C&L 76mm MAF
Summit Racing 70mm throttle body
Underdrive pullies
BBK Headers
Off Road H pipe
Flowmaster mufflers

Autopower 4 point roll bar
Sabelt cam lock harnesses
Corbeau Forza Drivers Seat

17x9 / 17x10.5 Street wheels 275's Front / 315's Rear
17x9 Ford Cobra R's with Nitto NT01's for the track.

Latest Repair -- Astro Performance High Alloy T5 with Road Race .90 5th gear :)

anywho... that's the car in it's current form.

It's in bad need of being painted.

Yes, all of that in on the car. No sense in looking at stuff on the floor :) The Corbeau Forza seat is a good seat, pretty comfortable as a fixed back seat goes. However there is no way to attatch a seat back brace to their tube frame design. Next time around I'll probably do a Kirky seat.

Thanks for all the comments!

That looks like a really fun car. How do you like your suspension setup? If you do it again would anything be different?

Thanks for all the compliments :)

I really like the set up of the car, it really is 100% streetable - and rides much better down the highway than my Honda Insight company car :) I wouldn't call the suspension netural on track, a tad on the understeer side - but It's easy to drive fast. I have no regrets on the build so far.

Astro Performance was great. I called 2 other places, and both told me what I wanted couldn't be had. I called Tony at Astro, and he had it to me in less than a week.

Nice ride! I am thinking about the Astro tranny too. The old stock T5 is getting a little worn :(
