it gets rid of the stupid air filter boost brothers sends with the kit and puts a respectable filter in the fender. look closely in to the fender you can see it

Oh shit now I see it lol. At first it just looked like a big round shiny thing attached to the turbo lol. Where do you get that at? And do you have a BB turbo kit? Whats your hp/ track time?

That's gotta be a sticky tire with the 1.6 60ft time.
With a sticky tire the way your guys cars are going you would prolly pick up around another 20-25mph on the last half of the track I'd like to see some full track times .

I made it at work :) I actually just sold the car tonight. It does have the BB kit on it, but I ran out of money and was forced to sell it untuned, so I dont have any numbers. heres a crappy cell phone pic of the engine (dont mind the fuel lines, I was gonna reroute the to the backs of the fuel rails)

Damn thats too bad you sold it. Curious how that SSI manifold would do with forced induction. For some reason it looks like your turbo sits further away from the passenger side headlight than mine. I can barely fit my fist in front of my turbo.

This was my old setup. Turbo placement is different but it should work for you.

Not bad looking at all. My space is way to entirely cramped to fit anything like that in there unless I cut a huge chunck out of my frame where the hood prop mounts. I am not really wanting to cut much more than I have to. This car rarely gets driven anywhere besides the track so I really think the screen will be suitable.

Sorry for the lack of updates, still waiting to getting my hands on a cherry picker and engine stand, Gonna pull the engine and possibly look for a deal on a dart short block.... anyways I found another vid of my car running down the track. It isnt a hollywood quality camera but it gets the point across..... enjoy

Well thats where Im at right now. Going to the tuners as soon as the winter weather makes its way out. HP goals are 450-500rwhp. Mustang is on the far back burner but I do plan on re-doing it at some point to make it a full time drag car. Dyno results coming soon.

I like to link my new builds in to keep things as up to date as possible. So to bring us to present day............ I parted out the yellow mustang and bought a 97 supra and began converting it to single turbo. Before I was able to complete the supra the wife and I found out we were gonna have a little one on they way and thought it was time we purchased our first house. Around this time lastyear we purchased our first home and I had to let the Supra go. Late last fall I picked up a 98gt with hope of doing a Bolt-On PI swap and suspension add-ons.... The story continues here..... http://www.sn95forums.com/showthread.php?67316-Nick-s-98gt-Slow-Build
