mine passed easy each time ive had to smog it since 2003, and that included a few passes with the magnaflow cat back, PI cams, PI intake, and PI heads. always passed.

i wanna go to that smog guy then.....sounds like he doesnt do a Visual inspection because By law, any Midpipe in Cali is a No No

yeah, he's a pretty cool guy. so long as it has cats, all other emissions items in working order, and passes the sniffer test, he's cool with it. he does ask for CARB numbers tho
