ok...so i decided to put the mustang away for a while and get crackin on building a show stopper

i already know its not everyones cup of pee....i mean tea! no need to repeatedly tell me this lolol.

*warning* this will not be a racecar truck just a good 'ol iron duke build. it was my daily driver and the iron duke runs great. these iron dukes are awesome little motors.

plans:


fast bags all the ay around. front, back, side to side
Cnotch the frame
restore the entire truck except the chasis (its in decent shape)
shave all handles
custom paint
custom interior
delete as much engine by crap as possible lol
allot of repairs (body has rust)
this little trucks gonna be sick fellers

completely removed the entire wiper assembly. getting a smooth wiper cowl made with no vents or wiper arm holes

i thought about finding a square body ranger from the 80's. heard they were a pita to lay out though. never built a ranger so i'm scared of them, lolol. front suspension is different then an s10. they get crazy negative camber with the slightest drop. body dropped rangers are fn sick though

Yeah those are the ones I was thinking about. Would look sweet! Hard to find though.

today will be new motor mounts and new u joint. that should help get rid of the vibration issue. gonna feel nice and solid again.

drove all the way to medina ohio this mourning. bought this:








$300 and its all the valves i need, upper and lower tubulars, bags and bag mounts. just need cleaned up and powder coated. good deal!!!​

all i've been doing is good ol repairs lol. boring shit. replacing flywheel and clutch, new u joints, balanced drive shaft, new motor mounts new rear dif fluid. all shit needed. i cant start the custom till i get everything in perfect running order.
