I know what you are capable of Tony, so I know this will be a cool project. If you sucked at everything, I'd just come find you and pee in your mouth, but you're awesome :)

Definitely hard to believe the Tonymobile is gone... But hey cars come and go. Onto the next! Hope you use your wonderful resource of local scrap yards to replace body panels on it. I'm sure it's gonna need more than a few haha. Keep us updated man!!

i should have taken a picture of the truck sitting in our shop right now...

355 roller, fully tubular front chassis, chopped rear frame, 575 estimated N/A power, ready for the bottle, fuel cell, single seat, full drag truck that's street legal ;)

18 years (yes you read that right) in the making. hopefully getting put together in the next 6 weeks.

I'll snap some pix next time for ya, boss man! ;)

dam sounds like an animal.

so i dug around till i found a bedside and a passenger fender, mine were ate up with rust. found these both for $75 ha!! yep!! and not one single bit of rust...dents at all.

i know this is till the boring shit but i gotta start with all this crap to get to where i want it.

heres my rear frame notched and bag mounts. just raan it to a craftsman compressor but its coming along pretty good. my camera is screwed up so just cell phone pics for now.

im going to have to get used to seeing corners on body pannels. :p

yea its pretty boxy, lol. takes me getting used to as well.

Did you do the ball joints yet Tony? :p

haha i actually did man. put 2 in my upper control arms. funny you said that!!

heres some more shit going on this far:

got an air tank $20. just needs cleaned up:

had a little sag in the bed of the s10. happens to nearly all 1st gens over the years. really most dont care to fix or notice. i hate that shit, lol. gotta be nice and square before i do any exterior stuff. so i did a quick fix and simply shimmed the rear of the bed with these:

then i ran some gauges i already had. the needles were kinda screwed up i thought. found that it was simply the switches and not the needles. happy to be able to use them. pillar pod from jegs:
