Rocker stud torque

I will be installing some Comp Cams gold rockers tomorrow and I cant find any torque specs on the studs. Does anyone have a ball park number to go by or is it safe to go until they're tight? Also is it a good idea to apply some blue loctite just for assurance?

according to your sig, you have a mod motor. Are you posting in the right section? If you're talking 5.0, its based on the head manufacturer's reccomendations. For my AFR it was 55-60ft-lbs
