Greetings!

I am technically not new, but I have not been active on these forums since 2009. In 2009 I purchased a 5.0 GT, a 1995. Truth be told the car was a turd and I was much younger and not so well off. Anyway, fast forward to 2014 and I bought another Mustang with only 59,000 miles. This time I got a modular. I got a car that had a lot of the work put into it. Since I am a college student and do not possess the means or time to build something right now. I cheated and bought this 1996 Cobra with some mods.

  • Balanced and blueprinted short block with forged crankshaft.
  • Forged pistons and rods. APR main studs, APR rod bolts, APR head studs
  • Aeromotive fuel rails and pressure regulator. 42 lb. Ford Racing injectors. SCT 2800 MAF, Anderson power pipe, 3.12 pulley.
  • Vortec V Trim Ford Racing headers, full 3 inch exhaust. Fluidyn aluminum radiator, electric fan Flex-a-lite control module.
  • T-45 5-speed transmission with 5.0 short throw shifter.
  • Aluminum driveshaft and Lakewood driveshaft loop.
  • Torsen racing 8.8 rear differential with 3:73 gears and Moser 31s
  • Griggs racing suspension with torque arm and panhard bar. Subframe connectors, tubular k frame and control arms. Koni adjustable coil overs, bump steer kit. Maximum Motorsports camber plates.
  • Saleen big brakes and Saleen calipers. Saleen drilled rotors and braided brake lines.

It's good to be back, I always wanted another Mustang, took me a few years and saving up very diligently. Part of the reason was help I found here back in 2009. Thanks!

Thank you, I live in Missoula. So basically right under your part of Canada I believe.

Yeah pretty close! I believe you guys are hosting 2015 international mustang meet over sept long weekend! I'll have to see what I get for work in the spring, but I'm hoping to make it down.

I am not sure, I will have to look into it. I would absolutely go to that.

Welcome back, looks like a nice purchase.

Those pedals are interesting to say the least.

I got a dyno from the previous owner, this is a street tune. From what I understand it's very conservative.

That's 440 HP and 344 TQ.

The car has moved across the country, I plan on getting it dyno tuned in the Spring. I feel like the TQ is a bit low. This is my first modular.
