Speedo refurbishment

so i have my speedo cluster apart to replace my odometer gear and i would like to take the time to do some freshing up. my needles are faded to say the least. so..... how do you go about restoring them? i would also like to change the back light color from green to blue to match my autometer guages. any ideas or help is appreciated. :thumbsup:

putting in cool white leds will make for a blue display and brighten up the needles a little bit as well.

i tried doing a seach but didnt come up with anything?? i found the write up on how to do the odo gear but nothing on the needles and colors? got a link? thanks

wow NM i just found a ton of posts. now just need to figure out how to make them light up blue from behind. thanks. all done searching time for some Modern warfail 2

just did a bunch of searching and reading. found alot of info. spent alot of money. ordered paint and leds for the cluster. cross my fingers

thanks for the links. i found different ones than the ones you posted. so now im just waiting for the ups man to show up and my wife to question why any of this is at all necessary. thanks again
