the bigger question is what are you going to be doing with the car.

I've always run H&R super sports. They've worked just fine for me. Eibach seems to have good springs too.

Just find a set that you like the looks of. Don't forget a nice set of struts/shocks and c/c plates to go with it for the best ride and performance.

Theres a reason every one tells you to go H&R, I LOVE mine. They look the best from what I have seen, just about EVERY time.

will h&rs clear a 315?

ive been told that 315s rub baaaad at stock height, let alone lowered.

the only h&r's ive seen only drop 1.5/1 is there any kits to drop it anylower?

as for what im going to do... daily driver, racing every once and a while.

Nobody rubbed anything with stock ride height that's for sure, unless it was the quad shock or inner fender. We have a lot of people here running 295s or 315s on pretty low cars without too much problem.

I believe the drops go as follows:

Super Sport 1.75/1.6
Sport 1.6/1.5
Race and Super Race don't lower as much but are stiffer and stiffer yet.

FWIW I've got 265/35s up front and 295/35s out back with H&R SuperSports and my tires have never rubbed on anything.

H&R race springs with Bilstein HD shocks and struts. Unless you go full coilover !

+2.

I just put these on with some takeoff 03 Cobra Bilsteins and am COMPLETELY blown away with the quality of the ride... It is supple but firm, and the hnadling is flat and predicatable...

The stance isn't too low at all(which was a huge factor for me.)

IMO, H&R is far above Eibach in quality. Eibachs are also known to sag after some time.
H&R springs are great quality, and give a pretty smooth ride as well.
I run the Super Sports and would never swap them out for any other spring.
Plus the stance is balls!
