49.95? There something fishy there,geezz the started for my DD a 96 Geo tracker is $120. Go from there.

Thats the starter I bought for my stang, It sounds nice when starting up. A year and a half later with no issues at all. It was like $59.99 when I bought it :(.

Slayer, were you referring to my link? Also if you look up all of the starters on the bay they are all around 50 bucks...

thats about right. you'll have to run another wire for the mini starter, but it should work like a charm!

by the way, thanks for the link! i'm going to need one soon too :)

I got the Summit high torque mini starter for $120 back in May. Stock starter was not even turning over on my newly built shortblock, threw the summit one in there(same dimensions as the stocker on the 94/95) and it cranked right over like nobody's busniess. Nothing but good things to say about it. Much more pricey than you are looking at now but it kicks the **** out of the stock starter.
