That louver is actually a plug so when I get the gonads up to do it(or hopefully find someone with experience) and make a fiberglass mold with it so that I can then copy that shape into a completely fiberglass part, as well as make as many copies as I would need to if others liked them enough...

I wish I could afford the supplies, I'd do it for you, you should do it . Its a lot of work but nothing really tricky or complicated, just take your time

I would consider my glass experience fairly descent with my time in car audio and security I have used it in a couple of custom systems. I have never done any molding though. I have read up on it, watched everything youtube has on it but am still hoping to find someone with experience that could help.

the only stripes i like on new edges are the ones that came from the factory. this is the only pic i can find at the moment though.
