Of course the house is the 'smart' thing to do. But we're car guys, smart is not in our dictionary at all times.
On the car, I'd be very leary of buying a site-unseen modded anything. Stock, you know what to expect for the most part. Modded is a tough one. Maybe it was done right, but you won't know until you really get to abuse it a little.
Cool looking car none-the-less. I have a Termi soft spot, although I'd never just make it a straight line car.

Do it!! Then sell your current Cobra and theres SOME of the house money back. Id put your FR500's and side scoops on it though, then source some OEM Cobra Sideskirts.

That's what I'm considering on doing. I'd probably get between ½ and ⅔ of my money back after I sold my car. I'm going to watch the ad for the next couple of days and see what happens. If it goes above 23K, I'm out anyway.
