What are these on each side of the convertible top pump ?

This is the first time I've had a convertible mustang. Is anybody know what these are on each side of the hydraulic pump ?

Any reason that they would be unplugged?

you have an aftermarket radio/speakers and they are known to become stuck on and slowly kill batteries. You can remove them and use the space to store drugs if it suits you better.

now it looks like there is some kind of wire plug mess that is between the amp on the right and the pump. Get a better pic of that wiring abortion I am curious what that is
