i had a post on corral and someone pm me about this fti cam and all he said was that its close to a XE274HR cam. i pm'd me for specs, i will let you know. an all three of this cams are about the same price. but im afaid that im going to have some valve to piston problems due to the lift of the cams. what is the most i can go? I heard .520".

Duration and valve event timing are more critical on PTV clearance than lift.

You only posted specs for one cam, and didn't tell us which one. How are we supposed to pic which one is better?

Agreed.

Valve lift is important but you want to know when they are opening.

I wouldn't be to concerned about lift until your around 230+ duration.

Regardless though, ALWAYS check first. Clay the heads and make sure they clear. Also make sure you get the proper pushrod length.
