New take on PCV operation (catch cans).

Baffled, billet valve covers from JC Customs; -12 AN from valve cover to catch cans each mounted behind the front bumper support beam; -12 AN Peterson valves; Mishimoto race baffled catch cans with bottom ball-valves for quick drains (no unscrewing of the cans); 16mm lines from catch can outlets to 5/8 Bundy quick disconnects off of the CAI and the factory nipple behind the throttle body. That'll do 'er.

been there! you should see how mine is rigged up since i broke the plastic!
i am about to tell you and any one who has run into this little snag ,
i soaked it for a couple of days , i tryed it today and heard cracking of plastic
not a good sound to the fuse box

so the next time any one has to do this , get a pair of vise grips put the wrench on the nut fist
get your vise grips and clamp as tight as you can on the very end were there is no thread hold it turn the nut that sucker will snap lose

Dropped the top to look at the last mess needs to be tackled.. The interior and wiring. Not looking forward to this part of the build. Decided to move the nitrous set up to the trunk. Then whipped up some mounting plates for my digital switch panel modules. They along with the amp for tunes will reside hidden behind the RSD. Ditching my old RSD and doing something a little different this time around. Hopefully find some time this weekend to start fabbing that up.

Currently sitting on the side of the road with it waiting on a hook….no spark and code 212.

you reward her with all new suspension and this is how she treats me
update to this...got the car towed and threw parts at it this morning. TFI Module was the winner! This was just replaced 4 months ago!

it was a motorcraft piece unfortunately. Installed in february
That’s pretty crappy. I have when I think is the oem tfi on my 87 Grand Marquis, still going strong (knock on wood lol). I keep another one in the trunk with the special tool just in case. That and an extra coil.
