Something is going on with that engine. Something is loose or not getting the appropriate amount of oil.

Oil pressure is good put another Guage on the oil port to test shows good
Its definitely got good tourq and power is there
And its not stumbling
Hit the throttle has a very good response

Iv got 10\30 in it now
Oh snap, that's what I was going to suggest. I'd def pull the valve cover and see what you find in there. Hopefully you can sneak it off without much getting in the way. I was able to do so with my car.

I would do 5-30. It’s critical to get oil to the parts fast during start up. The thicker the oil the longer it takes to reach rotating parts.

Im questioning a bad follower bad lifter, or at the worst, some kind of ptv issue

While that is true, it doesn't help him in this case. He said he drove 20 miles and it still makes the noise. That's plenty of time for everything to warm up and reach all the passages.

I think its a rocker I just need to look at the two rear passenger side
