i use steeda sport springs, and tockio (sp.) 5 way adj. see my signature. i would suggest steeda, H&R ss, or the eibach. just remember a specific rate spring is made for lowering and thats all (like BBK springs), but a progressive wound spring will give you a drop, and improve handling.

ProKit is probably your best shot at lowering the car. The spring rate is barely increased over stock, and it lowers the car solid two inches on average. Be aware though, that mustang front suspension geometry is not all that great, so if you are planning on having a car that handles, the most you should ever lower it is about an inch from stock, otherwise you end up with a subterrainian front roll center, and the car will just understeer. This is why I ordered H&R Race Springs two days ago.

+2 H&R is easily the highest quality spring in my eyes, and it also gives the best drop. H&Rs don't make the car look like the ass is sagging, gives it a perfect rake. I run mine with Tokico Illumina struts and shocks, rides amazing for how low it is.
