Maybe so. I've only got 2 and I got them from a buddy. Just kinda curious about them.

Yea i figured that. I should be able to track down some fairly easy actually. Theyre really clean, and they cost me nothing so if all else fails they could be backups.

im pretty sure you couldnt get them in Chrome in 99. on silver or the machined 35th anniversary.

i found a pic in a mustang history book i have, it shows it for 2000. but doesnt mention any details of the chrome finish

there was a Spring Edition in 2000, but it looks like those got machined wheels similar (but not exact) to the 35th anniversary

They can be widened ha. I'll manage to track down two more somehow and find a decent chrome shop if Im feeling squirelly. Theyd make a good set of sleeper rims widened out back narrowed up front

Well with a little research, apparently the finish is called bright finish, and on the back of the rims, it does actually say bright finish. Seems I have myself 2 2000 spring edition gt wheels. Nifty

Those look chromed to me :dontknow:

The Spring Feature cars had bright machined wheels:

Either way, that is a heck of a find. I always thought chromed starfish looked really good. Nobody has those....

Oh, thanks for clearing that up. I just assumed. They do say bright finish on the back. I can put up some pics of the backside if anyone wants them as some sort of reference.
