Wheel Spacers

I want to bring my back wheels out to be flush with the quarter panel what size spacers should I get? they are an inch in from the qp.

My friend with the '03 Cobra has bought 2 sets of these from these guys!  He now got his fenders rolled back.

I have 03 Cobra rims, 17X9. I have BFG KDW Traditional Tread tires, they're 275/40-17.

They'd be in the same place as they would be if he didn't have spacers, adding tips is not going to change the fact that the tires look spread out.
