Which springs, shocks and struts???

im having a hard time deciding on a suspension setup...
i had an 02GT with c-springs and i like it a lot but now i want to try something different

i found a package on 5.0 resto for 449.95 and it includes KYB shocks and struts and steeda sport springs!!!

what you guys think about this combo?? or should i try something else??

i have a 95GT...daily driven and occasional strip...(maybe 5-6 a year)

Bilstein or Koni for shocks. H&R of your choice for springs. End of the thread.

h&r is pretty good but it drops your car pretty low....i want a nice subtle drop without the big price...

the bilsteins are awesome..but pricey again...

i can get the H&R springs w/Bilsteins but i rather go with a budget setup that can still ride good and give you the looks

H&R race drops the car about an inch. Not low at all, and you get to keep the proper suspension geometry, so the car will still perform. Bilsteins are probably some of the best off the shelf shocks for the market. You will not get valving like that for cheap. It's all about getting what you pay for, and cheap stuff is cheap for a reason.

i just ordered the steeda sport springs with the AGX shocks and struts...i will post pics soon

btw...the c-springs were pretty good on my 4.6 and i still had the stock shocks and struts...

this should be a nice setup as the springs are progressive and the shocks and struts have good valving..

aren't steeda sport springs like drag springs and they raise your front end?

btw..my 02GT that had c-springs were awesome..gave it a nice subtle but noticle drop and very
good ride quality so im predicting the same on my 95GT..
