well the clicking is coming from the relay or solonoid in that is mounted on the back part of the door panel. So im guessing that is the problem. what do you guys think?

I'm thinking the gear is stripped on the motor or the motor itself is bad. The circuit board could be bad also or something came unhooked. Let us know what you see when you get the panel off. Alot of possibilities.

well i found out that the lil black box i was talking about is the express down module. I know if it isnt pluged in the window wont work. i guess ill have to call ford in the morning. So how do i test if the motor is getting power? the hanyns manual sucks and does give a good pic. do i unplug it and see if there is power getting to the plug? How much do motors run at say autozone? How hard are they to change out?

yeah unplug it and you should be able to hook a multi-meter to it. power window motors are probably gonna be $$

if the motor isn't getting power...i'd say it's either the regulator or the bushings :dunno:
