installing cams...may have bent a valve. forgot to rotate the crank. if that is the case, im pulling the whole motor and builing a beast. I'll keep ya guys updated

Did you try and install a follower in the wrong position?
You might be fine, compression test will tell you whether you bent a valve or not.

I think you will be fine as long as you have a spot on tune

whew, so i think I'm okay on the valve. Yeah, I'm going to have to really make sure this tune is dead on. I'm going to need all the reassurance I can get with this his of hp/tq on our crappy little stock rods.

Did you buy the meth kit yet? Not sure if that would benefit you all that much because you have an intercooler

Not being high boost I would think that meth kit will only add 10 to 20 HP with a conservative tune I dont see this motor goin much over 450, if it does i dont know how long it will last.

450rwhp through a built auto, 3500 stall, and 4.10 gears though. keep that in mind. If i were a manual, it would probably be close to 475-500rwhp.

after talking to the Snow Performance rep he thinks I will gain in the 30rwhp range. I mean, im not running THAT low of boost. I sometimes see 13-14psi...this meth kit will be like running 116 octane
