Thanks guys.

Since I got serious about cleaning it up? Time line is 10 months so far. The nitrous/ported heads/exhaust/lowering/tint etc etc etc.. were done years ago when I got the car from a family member.

My garage is ****d right now, stuff everywhere. The loose ends have taken me hours upon hours today. Currently extending wiring harnesses to meet the new sensor locations. Just taking a short break.

To Do:
1. Extend harnesses
2. Figure out how to deal with the two coolant temp senders on the SN95
3. Re-seat the passenger side fuel rail, I'm not too thrilled with it. On that note, probably just order some good rails that will work with my application.
4. Notch the block for the coolant lines
5. Install the coolant lines, run the plumbing, heat exchanger mount, and buy a waterpump and mount it. Plus the wiring here. HE system I'm doing last, because it will start without it.
6. Figure out wtf to do with the vacuum lines
7. Run the cooling lines
8. Fix little issues that I'm trying not to forget. One bolt needs to be tightened down, and the harness rubs a pulley near the AC compressor
9. Loom up the wires and clean them up as best as possible

lol you get the point.. :p

I still need a plenum gasket, coolant lines, IAC, IAC gasket, blower belt.. and that's just off the top of my head. It will be a bit before it fires over.

Would like right under 400 so I can enjoy the car on the stock motor without promptly dumping the coin for a forged shortblock!

Mounting the heat exchanger today..

Broke a fucking headlight removing the bumper. Dropped it like a dumb ass! That'll set me back 180. I'll do the Cobra ones.

List to buy!!

Headlight - 180 Late Model Restoration
Cobra Throttle/Cruise Cables - 85 Late Model Restoration
Intercooler Pump - 140 Late model Restoration
Cooling Hoses - 100 at Tork Tech

Then figger out the fuel system!

Got a lot done today.

Fixed the fuel cross-over interference problem with 'fuel injector house', and some clamps. Cycled the system a few times and found no leaks, So that is good news!

Looks like the list is finally.

Buy the throttle cable/cruise cable and attach them (already have the mount).
Buy the coolant crossover pipe from TorkTech and mount
Buy an intercooler pump and mount it (lines are now run)
Going to just make a plenum gasket with gasket material at the parts store
Replace the headlights I broke like an idiot

Fill with fluids..

Fire it up and get it tuned! But first a wash and clean up of the garage after this spartan effort. Pictures tomorrow.

Funny update:

If you use a stock throttle body with an accufab plenum, the IAC holes do not line up and your car idles at 3000 RPM. LOL.

Waiting on a stock plenum now.

Thanks!

I have a ton of pictures, but finals are around the corner.

Here are a couple of pictures of an interesting project.

The coolant cross over they can provide for 100 bucks is god awful ugly and sticks out. I got this idea from TobyNT over on SVTPerformance. Fabricated a coolant cross over out of copper. Also learned how to solder copper.

Just installed the throttle cable.

Should be to the dyno before too long. Unfortunately it will be about a month before I can get out from under my finals work load. Law school is as bad as they say, plus, I am in the top 5% and if I lose my spot, I might not be able to afford my hobby upon graduation!

Pretty much ready for the dyno. Clickable vid.

1. Cover MAP sensor hole
2. Install thermostat
3. Install intercooler pump

That's it!

Tonight ran the throttle and cruise cables and fixed the pulley alignment problem.

No falling out, just been 3 years of getting into a professional career. Car's been on the back burner. This silver car is to keep me from going insane. I still post on SVTP. None of the other forums were ever that enjoyable. I came here to chill with a less intensely competitive crowd that appreciates even when people just want to dink around in the garage and have a good time.

I do not even know what the Texas invitational is.. I do know, that the yellow car is no longer competitive. You really need 1000+ rwhp nowadays.

Are you from Texas?

Yeah, I work at Truestreet motorsports in Mckinney. I work for Clint Davis. The texas invitational is a roll race event at an airstrip in caddo mills out by redline.

car looks good man, i am looking to sell off my engine stuff to swap a new 5.0 coyote and d-1 in my 95. Im wanting to say that we met once at hpp. I use to hang out with Chris Vanderschot before he passed away. My wife, daughter and myself live with him and Meredeth for a couple months while closing on our house.
