What’s up guys. New member, I m trying to some what finish this long going project. As always life and other factors get in the way but let’s see how this plays out. I will be doing most of the work except for things that require tools I don’t have. I’m trying to get a good used set of seatbelts, new seats, possible cobra bumper (not sure yet) new paint, new sound system. Of course these projects never end since we always get new ideas and things always change.
1994 Mustang convertible.
Engine: V6
Rebuilt automatic transmission.
I plan on swapping the engine when I get some more cash.
Current upgrades:
-Carbon fiber light bar
- 17x10 cobra wheels
- front 1” wheel spacer
- one piece headlight
- lowered on coil over but I don’t like the way they ride so I’m upgrading to a new set.
- front Lip ( not installed)
- rear control arms ( not installed)
- rear 1” wheel spacer (not installed )
- rear speedster cover (not installed not painted)

Nice project. Don’t listen to them, vertical tail lights are better.

You shut your dirty mouth traitor!!!!

Find ya a nice set of horizontals and give that ass something to be happy about!!!

Aside from that, that teal looks good!!

I mean it already ditched the 5.0, I think by default the car may have to give up the horizontal tails. If you're gonna go to the dark side, you just have to do it all. Now make those scoops non-functional. Heck even your rocker trim is the early style, not connected vertically behind the front wheels. Saw a 95 recently that had the newer style, I don't know when the change occurred, but mine was built in 1993. It also has the white painted boxes for the hvac vents, rather than the molded in boxes/X'd out boxes.

Update: working midnights sucks but gotta make the best of it as this build move slower than nyc traffic. But here we go, finally got the holes drilled to install the light bar, and added the wheel spacers to the rear wheels and I picked ups set of new door panel Inserts.

plenty of room in there for good stuff like that I added some usb ports for the stuff I have added as well as the controls for my radar detector in it. I could cut the pieces and mail them to you if you think you can cut the hole for it and flush it in place. Its not that hard.

its a two piece system. One piece is ABS plastic that is .22" thick that I machine a pocket out of the middle that the plexi then rests inside of nice and tight. You cut the dash big enough to fit the abs piece in it and with a little epoxy, then filler/paint you can make it look like it belongs. Then the plexi piece is made from .1" thick material just drop in.

They fixed your old and worn, locked seatbelts for $60 a pop. So today these got shipped away. And this company has a 24hr turn around times

I have to ask how many others giggle a little when they see the title of this post and think "Yea I started off with a mild build and now....."?
