95 mustang gt intermittent problem

I have a 95 gt and put the trick flow street heat kit on the car along with 24 # injectors...after i did this the car would never run right, i can be driving down the road and the car would just die. also, i could have just got done driving the car turned it off to go inside, and come back out to go sumwhere else, and it wouldnt start. I bought a SCT chip for it thinkign it would help, it did for about 3 days, then a check engine light poped up. so i changed the IAT sensor, and it started up fine, but an hour later when i went to go sumwhere, it wouldnt start agin. ANY suggestions?

do you have a stock distributor? i would check that.

what about fuel pump? did you upgrade that too?

If you have the stock distributor, you may want to check the stator. That problem drove me nuts for a while. Please have your cel codes read before buying parts!

yeah i had a couple stangs i worked on at my shop that i ran into the stator being bad on the dist. i would say check it.

it not the original distributor, but i did buy a new one that is stock....it was just a remanufactured one, maybe thats the problem.
