thats not ALL original but pretty damn close when it has the same motor, trans. ect.

Ford cars just go forever..... My dads 1990 Mercury Sable went 298,000 completely stock, no motor rebuilt and only 1 tranny rebuilt.

.... the tranny went out again at 298,000 and he could have fixed it but decided it was time for a new car

they say the 4.6's can last a LOOOONG ass time when maintained and not beaten on and abused

my friends 5.0 is completely stock, it's got 160k on it and he does a burnout everyday. idk how his engine hasn't blown up.

another reason for the super huge spring rates handz, lol. every thing i do is for a reason...whether i realizie it at the time or not, haha. im still debatin this idea. love the fact of the tourque to help get out of corners. i might just stroke a 4.6

i have seen a Destroked 5.0 to 4.7 conversion...... its revs HARD....i mean REALLY hard

my clock says 178k, but its not the original cluster. My motor only has roughly 3500 mile on it :coolsmiley:

mine "says" 92365 but it has been stopped since the day i bought her. prolly got roughly 95 or so
