Do you like the new look?

I painted the upper intake, thermostat housing, valve covers, accessory brackets, pulleys,
battery tray, alternator, power steering resivour, and the radiator cover. I also hid a few
wires on the drivers side - hood latch cable, amp power wire, neg. battery wire, and
rearranged the vacuum lines near the firewall. I did this over the winter (and will do more
next off-season) and have my first show of the season tomorrow. Hence, the reason I am
curious what the consensus is to the paint.

BTW, I would love to paint the block by the dizzy, but i don't plan to tear it down that far
unless major work is needed again.

I will post up some more pics later. Constructive criticism is always welcome.

looks good, except i like the cobra intake plaque the way it was more then just plain silver :thumb:

Duplicolor DE 1650 is the paint that looks silver. It is called cast coat aluminum, but looks silver.
Not exaxtly what I wanted when I started the project, but I like it now.

Looks great, i used the Duplicolor Aluminum on my upper intake also, looks sick. You could have taped off that plaque part, that's what i did on mine.
