Finally working on the Roush again. I've been working on it for a couple or three weeks now. So focused on getting it back running I haven't really thought about taking any pics. I'll snap a few and give some updates this weekend.

And yes, the engine is actually in it now!

So, everything was going pretty good. I had it all back together enough to drive around the block a few times only to discover that the clutch wasn’t fully engaging! I didn’t know if it was an adjustment or an installation issue and spent most of Friday afternoon trying to troubleshoot it.

it turns out this may be the problem. I forgot to swap out the pivot ball stud for my application. This is the one I just took out, it’s too short and didn’t allow the clutch fork to fully release, because it would hit the case.

to get to the transmission bolts I had to lower the engine down enough to access the very top bolt, which was a big pain in the ass!

I had to let everything just dangle, to get it low enough.

after I put the transmission back in but you can see how it angles downward enough to allow access, I had to buy a cheap harbor freight transmission jack to get it done by myself but it was only $129. Not a bad value in my opinion.
