It really sucks what happened, but that's why I always encourage people to have comp insurance as well as liability... just for reasons like that. Anything can happen. Fires start, trees fall over, roofs collapse, etc etc etc. There's just too many things that could go wrong NOT to have comp insurance on the stang.
