I broke my giant bubble knob I had for the Mustang at the last drift event :( I was so sad. They're really awesome in the long ones, puts them right by the wheel and its great.

Get a beer tap handle!

Well when your stuck in the Love of the day thread for 10 minutes your mind tends to regress to a more "primal" "immature" state. For that I apologize.

So far so good. I like what you're doing with the car. I had an '03 Focus ZTS for a while. Great driving car in need of stiffer springs and 50 more HP. Started to nickel and dime me to death, so traded it in on an '08 Camry LE, which in turn was traded for my '04 GT.

Yellow Fogs! haha
much jdm yo...

The tint should atleast protect the fogs during the winter. Super thick stuff.
I didn't realize I order pre cut tint for sedan... but luckly they're pretty close.

Yes I know I need to touch up the underneath of the bump. I guess the previous own didn't know how to drive a lowered car... Doesnt help that the springs are damn bouncy.

Sorry, dirty car...

I know there isn't a ton of focus people here...

But any info on raceland coilovers on mk2? I know I'll have to get the omni kit to make them work, just looking for some reviews.

My understanding is the new US kit is pretty good.

Did my first oil change on the car. Also changed the transmission fluid.

While I was under there I found out why the car was acting funny... lower motor mount was shot, common issue.
So why use shitty oem style parts? I decided to over kill it.

Also, the throttle response on the electric throttle body are horrible... One thing that works for many people is to ground the throttle body directly to the battery. Its a huge arguement among people, but I definitely noticed a difference.

It ended up making a huge difference for me. No more hanging rpm while shifting normally, and very little with WOT. Such a simply 2 minute job.

So I noticed awhile ago that the car had a small leak. Found it on the power steering lines, so I checked around. Ended up finding the power steering tank was broken. The previous owner just slopped some glue everywhere, idiot.

So I ordered a new tank, was damn expensive.
Go the tank today and replaced it in a thunder storm, wheeuuuu. Now no more leaking and the powering steering isn't being a whiny ***** (low of fluid due to leak).

Finally installed my Massive motor mount. huge difference. love it.
There's a lot more vibration at take off, which I was expecting. Looking into reducing it though.
