Well after waiting some time, finally got my heads/cams/intake back. I had sent stock PI heads to MMR for their Stage 3 port polish job. They also port matched my Edelbrock Victor Jr EFI manifold, installed my CMS Stage 3 blower cams, installed Crower high lift valve springs, and installed new lash adjusters.

Within next few weeks, I will be ordering my rods/pistons kit. I already have a forged 8 bolt cobra crank with 8 bolt flexplate, so once i get rods/pistons i can start putting the motor back together. I am getting my block .020 over as well.

thanks for the props guys. yeah...the car was quick before, but quick wasn't enough haha.

I also have edelbrock fuel rails, which I am spraying a red so I think that will look pretty sweet on the manifold.

^agree with Duff... flexplates are a bad sign :)
Anyways, that stuff looks good, what is the power adder of your choice?

haha yeah i knew i would get some smart remarks about the flexplate. But I already have a completely built AODE with a BC auto 3500 stall and a custom valve body so its a sweet setup. All said and done, I am hoping for atleast mid 500's through the built auto. My power adder is a Vortech SI trim, with a front mount, and meth.

All together, I think it took about 3 weeks to get everything back from MMR. Although, I am located in NJ and they are CA.

yeah Darrin is the man. I really hope within the next few weeks I can get these internals at my house so I can begin putting her back together. Other than the internals and bolts/gaskets....its just a lot of smaller misc parts (6061 plenum, fuel stuff, maf, pulley stuff, etc...

Dropped my block off at the machine shop today. Started talking with the guy and he has built up everything from street car modulars to 9 second modulars. He is going to see what he can do about internals for me. He is getting me all the ARP bolt i need and setting that up before honing and boring because he said that ARP bolts are the best, but are actually so strong that they stretch the iron block a bit. So my block will be getting a .20 bore and ready to get putting back together fairly soon. I also gave him about a 2 page list of everything i have/will be doing to my motor, and he said from what he has built if i dont hit ATLEAST mid 500's to 600rwhp something is not right. He thinks I can even be mid 600rwhp. so I'm super excited now to get this thing back together!

Sounds like a plan, man! I cant wait to see what your car does with a nice bottom end and some more boost!
