How Big are my Rocker studs?

I'm looking at doing a small buildup on a block i'm picking up and boring out, and putting some forged shit in as a 306... I have a set of stock E7TE Heads that have been P&P'd they have new springs and valves, but no rockers, I've found the set i'm going with, but i don't know what the stud is, 7/16, or 3/8? can you guys help me out? i'm trying to get these things together and on my car to test them out asap, and then swap them back to the other motor once it's finished...

Stock E7s have pedestal mount rockers, not stud. If you have studs, they are aftermarket. If they are aftermarket, then measure them and you'll find your answer.
