Question if one of those lines where crack would it make it surge when running

Surging is usually due to a rich condition. So it could be possible if it were your FPR hose. Typically a back leak will cause a hanging idle.

Is there a kit with the ends already on it to replace these hoses? If not then what is needed to replace them all from beginning to end? I know mine are due to be changed as I want to keep it running tip-top and it seems like one of those cheap parts that can keep me chasing my tail trying to figure out what it is. Would rather just do them all in one shot ya know?

I hate doing this but im going to replace the iac valve. The one I have now tested good but I think it malfunctions when the car gets hot. I just hate buying parts when I don't need to, especially the ones you can't return.....

One of these days, you boys will learn. Replacing the IAC isn't going to fix your problem.

I'll be right here to say "I told you so".

I haven't covered the hole yet and I'm not going to install the new iac till this other guy looks at it again. Addermk2, ill tell him what you suggested. I was in the garage at work today, cruising for a parking spot in first gear. As I drove along, the car was cruising at about 1.5krpm and would suddenly increase on Its own, causing me to speed up.....pretty annoying.

Just to end this thread, the problem ended up being the tps. Whoever spliced the fox tps to the 95's did not do a good job. That explained why my meter would read 0.94 some days and over 1.xx on other days. Some days it would read less. I went through the check list more than once and it helped when my tps would read .94 but it would all go to hell as soon as those wires would move on the road. So there we are...
