Do you know if they took measurements at the scene?....If they did, they'd be able to tell how fast miss speedy was going and you'd have a hell of an arguement...I'd talk to a supertrooper. They might also be able to judge speed from the amount of damage on the vehicle. It's amazing how well some of those guys can re-construct an accident. Just a thought. Good to know you're okay. I also think it should be a friggin criminal charge if you could prove the person was on a cell phone. Just my thoughts though. Good luck man.

nope, they didnt, in GA they only go into it if someone dies. got the accident report and you know how there are diffrent check boxes and stuff, well the "evidence collected" box is empty. plus they wrote down the wrong vehicle that hit me. It was a Yukon XL, they wrote Yukon, and i looked into and the vehicles are diffrent in every way, its not the diffrence between a mustang and a shelby cobera, or a saleen which does count as a mustang, same chassis, yadda yadda, no this is like the diffrence between a taurus and a crown vic.
diffrent chassis, body and everything just a similar name.

try an after market steering wheel that has airbags or somthing. they feel better, although the mustang wheels feel pretty good IMO. look on ebay i guess or somthing.

I guess I'd somewhat agree to that, but if the other person was speeding over a hillcrest, I'd be kinda torn over who's at fault. I think the speed demon talking on a cellphone would be my first choice. Just my opinion.
