Ooohh!!! Using caps lock!! OMG internet is serious business! Its for realz dawg!! Don't make me laugh dude. For someone who's probably familiar with the boards and how they work, you certainly have a very thin skin.

Maybe there are some members that are full of it, maybe there aren't, but if I see something that does not add up, like your "track picture" for example, I'll go ahead and call BS on it, if I feel like. I would do it regardless whether I'm a mod or a regular posting member.

Alright there, Paul Jr.

I'm not gonna debate whether or not this guy owns those two 351s or not. It's obvious someone does and that man is a lucky bastard. Those cars are amazing in every way.

Ya in the past there has been some BS thrown around here. But the moderators here have done a really good job to clean it all up. When he said BS, you shouldnt take it personally, unless you were lyeing but you proved you werent with other pics. But i gauruntee you will like this site, there are alot of good peaple on here, becaue the BSers have been run off.

Wow, is this really how new members are treated here? Having thick skin for the internet isn't the point, when members act this way towards each other (especially moderators) this isn't an environment that people are going to want to be part of.

I love those cars!!! I shoulda bought one when I had the chance, but I wanted something I could modify with my own two hands.

One question for the thread starter, do the hoods on your cars say "Saleen" on them, or have any script at all? the reason ask is I have a saleen S351 hood on my car, and I am wondering if it is authentic. Just wondering.

So which one do you drive the most? supercharged or NA?

I want rolled tips and a Saleen rear bumper now. What tailpipes are those?

2 years ago I wanted more of a driver, something I wouldn?t be as worried about. I wanted another Fox Saleen and the deal fell through, a month later 95-#58 was for sale at a price I couldn't pass up. I bought it sight unseen from West Virginia and had it shipped.

There are only a little over 300 S351's made in a 7 year run from 94-2000 so there are not a lot to choose from.
I'm driving it on a 3kmi round trip to Colorado this summer for the Saleen Club of America Nationals.
Funny thing is the Fox Saleen that I wanted 2 years ago I just bought!

The car didn't have the Saleen Borla exhaust that it should have with the "Machine Gun" exhaust tips. You can't get these anymore so last summer I replaced all the exhaust and was going to put slash cut tips on. I took it to a shop and he told me how on tips that exit the rear he thought a rolled tip looked better.....so we set a one of each on both sides and he was right! The rolled tips really stand out. They are stainless steel 3 1/2" tips attached to Flowmaster stainless tips that he cut and welded these on. I can find out the brand if you want.
I just found and bought some of the Borla Machine gun tips but I'm not putting them on just yet, I like this look and my other one has them already.

The Saleen rear bumper and those tips along with your front end with that hood would look awesome! I say go for it!!

Hey Man! Thanks for the PM yesterday welcoming me!

Well #77 has the Saleen heat extractor hood but it is all Carbon Fiber. I have done research on it and there are very few out there. Most of the heat extractors were a composite hood. I have personally never seen another Carbon Fiber one except in pictures. No it doesn?t say Saleen anywhere on it. #58 is just a stock hood. Not all S351?s came with the heat extractor hoods, or Alcon brakes, etc.

You should have got one when you could...they are easy to modify!! #77 is totally modified. Not much left stock at all. It even has DFI so the Ford computer is gone and no PCV valve, even my 67 has one of those!. :laughing5:
