I hadn't driven my car outside of my dead end couldesak until tonight, and damn did it feel good! The car pulls so effin hard, I can't wait to get it tuned! I snapped some pics when I went to fill up tonight.. I still need to add badges and sideskirts, but overall she is pretty closed to finished!
Questions/comments welcome. Build thread link in my sig.

Color Looks awesome
Those 94-95 tails look awesome on your car. Doubt it'll look good with 96-98 tails.

NICE!

Thanks guys. It feels good to reach such a huge milestone with the car.

Twista- 315/30/18 BFG drag radials, which will be replaced sometime soon by the Mickey Thompson ET street II (same size) sitting in my garage.

WhiteStallion94- Yup, Lawrence, Kansas to be specific... That gas station is only a block down from my house, so I first drove that short distance to make sure there weren't any major problems, and I needed gas. ha.

Justinschmidt1- I never went WOT, maybe 3/4 throttle at most. A few times I would look at the a/f ratio on the wideband and it would get into the 11.0 range while at 3/4 throttle, which is slightly leaner than I think it should be, but still relatively safe. I don't plan on driving the car hard until I get it tuned hopefully within the next couple of weeks.

Ok makes sense, GL, curious to see the numbers!

Thanks. I am debating on emblems as I type. haha. My three in mind are: '99-04 'GT' emblems (had them on my previous 95), '11+ '5.0' emblems, or possibly the regular 94-98 v6 'pony' emblems.. I've been doing some poking around on here to try and find more pictures with the '11+ 5.0 emblems, but I'm not coming up with much...

I am too.. Yeah I've already learned my lesson about driving an untuned car hard. My old HCI setup I even went to the track untuned! I didn't have a wideband to reference at the time, I'm not sure what I was thinking.. But when I finally did get it tuned and the tuner made the very first pull on the dyno just to see where we were starting at, and the a/f ratio was close to 18-to-1 before he stopped at 3,500rpms!..... yeah... felt pretty stupid for that. But that was several years ago and since I have wised up. haha. live and learn I suppose.

WTF, they're overall better looking taillights. So yes they would look better, but if he likes them on there it's all good.

Car looks sick man. Throw some centercaps and skirts on there and it'll be money!

Thanks.. I will probably stick with the 94/95 tailights just to stand out more, but sequential vertical tails are pretty cool..
I have been trying to track down centercaps for them! They are apparently the smaller design, but what stinks is a buddy of mine bought some saleen replicas from american muscle, and gave me the centercaps that came in them, so I planned on using them. They are way too big for my saleen replicas, so I am on the hunt for the correct ones. Original saleen centercaps are around $40/each, which I'm not about to do!
