Your combo is almost identical to mine. Woody built my 347 longblock last year and I couldn't be happier. I'm upgrading my 75mm Pro-M to a LMAF and taking out the POS CAI and putting in an AFM n/a powerpipe. I'm running a Spec 1 in mine and it's fine. I don't have any numbers yet, my tuner is putting in a dyno this week. As for the headers, just run a Felpro 1415 gasket and stage 8 locking header bolts, you won't have ANY problems whatsoever.
