OP... I've been playing with mod mirrors since 2005. Before that was carbed push rods. The only issues I've had with them are ones I've caused. I think either way you can't go wrong. Both have pros and cons. The aftermarket for both engines is decent. Whatever you find in your price range will work out.

Damn thats cool but too bad it has a rod knock and has been sitting for 5 years. You can tell the guy took care of it too because it has a dash cover and steering wheel cover and the seats seem to be in great shape.
