No more fishbowl!

I joined the dark side(literally) today, finally got my 3 rear windows tinted today after wanting to do it for 3 years

. My parents paid half as a grad gift, and I am quiet pleased with it. Still to come is dyno tune next month then FINALLY, and I mean FINALLY getting the car dropped!

It was a grad gift, they paid for half of it, I paid for the other half of it

. They said that they knew I wanted to get this done for along time, so they said they thought covering half of it would be best. At least it's a grad gift that will stay with me for ever, I have no plans of ever selling this car. If a woman wants the car gone, she is gone first!

Looks great do u know what brand tint waz used cuz I tint windows and there r some films out there that have a habbit of fading or changing colors

September hopefully, getting it running properly(tuned) is priority #1 for now, then I want to save up money for a new winter vehicle(looking an 2001-2007 escapes).

Is it illegal to tint the two front windows where you are? Looks good but kinda off without the whole car done IMHO!

Yep, most places it is. I have no emissions, no noise laws, no law on how dark the tint can be, BUT the tint cannot be on any windows infront of the driver(side windows included). The more illegal crap you do(tinting front windows) the more the cops nail you for other things, I'd rather have no window tint on the sides then to have it slightly tinted then have the police all over my @ss.

Thanks! And yes it's 5%, darkest you can get without going limo tint(I don't know where to get that). But it cost $200cnd, which is relatively cheap, and as I said, I'm canadian, so everything is generally more money sadly. Also, the more I look at these pictures, the more I want to say eff it and get my S281 wing, get it painted, and throw it on instead of waiting a few years to get the whole car re-done...
