Well it's been a minute. Here's some cliff notes because I'm not typing a book for all this. Lol
- Replacing the fuel pump and regulator didn't solve anything. Just nice peace of mine i guess.
- Replacing the crank and cam sensor didn't solve anything either, although more peace of mind is nice.
- The Lightning/HD PCM is the most expensive version of the 10th gen trucks, no regular 5.4 truck will work.
- I replaced the tag light housings with brand new Ford ones.
- I replaced all the interior lights with LEDs and it looks awesome.
- I replaced the midpipe with a Bassani high-flow cat one that took nearly a month to finish for a few different reasons. Over engineering, a glaring design flaw that required 2 donut gaskets, and working on the ground with jackstands.
- In closing, I've been driving it, and it sounds mean as shit. The no-start issue is still there, i just know how to work around it. And be weary of anything Bassani related.
