Mines a little dated but just a Panasonic headunit with an 8" Kicker Solobaric and Memphis amp. New DD unit and Sirius radio waiting desperately to go in. The rear seat delete is def on my list of things to update (along with the radio itself) once the rest of the car is working.

No boom boom in the Mustang. I considered throwing a spare 12 I have in, but then I'd have to find another amp and I really only use Rockford amps for lower wattage. There higher wattage are retarded expensive

In my ZJ tho I've got my Kenwood KVT 617 running my RE Audio XT4000 which is pushing my 2 American Bass XD 15's. It's fockin loud but I'm having some stupid ground issue with the brake pedal. I push the brake pedal and the radio cuts off and a lot of times shuts off. I dunno. But that's only half the system the other half is still in my Grand Am which is just sitting in a friends driveway :(

I have the stock speakers from the MACH 460 and have put in a Pioneer AVH-2400. It has everything I, as an "old man", needs. USB input, touch screen, plays DVDs... hell, it even has a radio!!!!!

new stereo being built

Alpine 9887 as well as the audissey EQ100 automatic equalizaion kit. its signal is then fed to a phoenix gold line driver(boosts the singal voltage to lower the signal to noise ratio

from there the bass signal goes to a phoenix gold bass cube which is a single band parametric eq. What that means is that you can pic a frequency with one dial/knob(on the subs so between 20 hz and 150 hz) and then with the other knob boost THAT freq up to 18 db's. From there it goes to the phoenix gold elite.5's sub section that will be bridged down to a 1 ohm load and then 3 10" Phoenix gold RSDC's in sealed box will split its power.

I have another full-range RCA output from the deck that goes into the line driver, and then continues down the line and connects to an audio control ESP2. The ESP2 is a signal processor that calls itself "a spacial sound inhancer" which is really a fancy name meaning it allows you to adjust the phasing betwen some of the speakers that will then give it the impression that you are listening inside of a much bigger car/venue. After that processor it will then go into a Phoenix Gold EQ232 which is a 2 channel 30 band 1/3 octave eq to allow for more eq'ing adjustments that can be made easily from the drivers seat. From there the full-range signal continues on to the 1-off pheonix gold/rane 3 way electronic cross over that I am using to run the front 3-way componants up front. From there the signal is split up into 3 different sets of freqs so that the componants up front will play only the notes they are designed too. This is called an active cross over system and will allow me to adjust the points where the singal is spit as well as indepndantly adjust the gain settings of those sets of freqs. From there the signal is split and the higher freqs(anything over 150 hz) and fed into the front half of the phoenix gold elite.5 amp to drive the tweeters and mids. The bass section of the signal though that was split out will go into the 2nd amp, a phoenix gold elite.2 amp where the signal is then amplified and sent out to the 9" woofers that are in the door.

So in the end the 9's will get 305 watts each(according the the measurements taken for the birth sheets
The 1" tweeters and the 5" mid will both get 120 watts each
Finally the subs will split 1180 watts betwen the 3 of them. I thing it will be a good mix of power with the 9's having almost 3 times as much as the mids/tweets and the subs having more the 2x the power of the 9's. Never owned such a high power system before and all the numbers on the birth sheets are RMS readings meaning the peak output will be significanly higher. If by some strange chance you have not seen the build I do have it in the projects/build section. I posting pics as I go and expaining them as well so if anyone has any questions don't be shy.

My 99 cobra already had the Mach 460 system, so I left all the stock speakers in place.
I performed the double DIN conversion and changed out the bezels for the radio (obviously), the shifter, and around the gauge cluster since I moved the traction control, fog lamp and rear defrost buttons to the center.

The head unit is a Pioneer Avic-Z120BT. Touchscreen, DVD and navigation. Currently, I'm using a 16GB SD card in there with my favorite MP3s.

There's USB and audio inputs ran into the center console in case I want to hook up an MP3 player or other audio source.

There's two 12" Pioneer 1200w subs in the truck. The amp (2000w Pioneer) is on the reverse side of the box, hidden from view.
The box is a custom made trunk box specifically for the SN95 vert. All the wires are professionally ran and completely hidden.

Took a quick video of the head unit and subs. It sounds like shit because the camera can't really pick up the bass... but you get the idea.

96 Cobra.
Got a JVC Deck.
Alpine Type R 5x7/6x8 in the doors and rear deck Powered by a Kicker 350.4 4ch amp. The factory tweeters still there but unplugged.
Using the mach 460 rear deck box for the type r speakers, but thinking of removing the deck box and putting them right into the metal frame like the non 460's are. I've had the type r's in both setups and I dont like the sound produced by the box.

2 12in Boston Acoustic G3 subs powered by An alpine PDX 1.1000 mono amp.

Stinger 5f Cap.

I'd like to get some Focal or Boston components and a better 4ch amp again.
I had Focal PS130F components In my 04 z71 chevy, Those were the best sounding speakers I've ever owned, but I sold the truck and the sound system went with it. :(
