Hey how is this project going I purchased a Roush blower for a 3v 4.6. And I’m wanting to do a 3v swap on my car so I can utilize my blower I’m curious how yours went and advice from someone who did it.

Honestly no I’m super new to this forum and there is like 32 pages on here I was just super curious what you did specifically to make 3v heads work.

Join the SN95 3v swap group on facebook, its got alot of good info on it.

Essentially the swap using the 2v ecu is pretty simple.

Lockout the VCT
Obtain a 4v throttle body and enlarge the holes to fit the 4v bolt pattern.
Make a throttle cable bracket
Get a 03/04 cobra throttle/cruise control cable
Figure out your exhaust
Do a remote mount IAC
Radiator hoses
Bolt on 2v/4v engine mounts
Get a tune

Its pretty simple.

Thanks everyone, its nice to start seeing the end of the tunnel. Well, atleast with the first stage of the build. Once some debt is taken care of and some other projects are done, i’ll start on stage 2

One of the subtle changes most dont notice. Just like the side scoops.

I like the mirrors, but they are small and not nearly as good as the stock ones when it comes to visibility, but i can deal with that.

Thank you! Its definitely been a fun project so far, i’ll be glad when my finances have recovered and i can start on phase 2.
